Kim has coached at many different levels in her career. Collegiate Assistant coach, High School Varsity Soccer Coach, Olympic Development Coach, and long time club coach for both boys and girls. She has taken many younger teams and watched them grow into young adults.  Many of her former athletes have gone on to play Division I, II, III soccer and are now living out happy, successful lives being active in their community, family and careers. She currently coaches many of her former player's children in the Academy. That is one of the neatest things she has been able to do. I love to see my former players and I appreciate the opportunity that they entrust their children in me.

Kim started several successful Youth Academy Junior Programs in the city of Cincinnati. She had a vision that there was a need for younger players to be trained at the grass roots level. Learning the skills, in a fun, engaging, positive environment to help these players fall in love with the sport that Kim loves so much is an important goal of hers. Watching players build confidence in their skills on and off the field is important to Kim. Seeing them grow up is a privilege and honor for her.
